The 25-year-old striker had joined Killie on a short-term deal in October after his departure from Crawley Town last summer.

John-Jules extended his stay at Rugby Park at the start of year for the rest of this season, but has now agreed a deal until the summer of 2027.
He had bagged eight goals in 20 games for the Ayrshire outfit, including netting a hat-trick against St Mirren, becoming the first Killie striker to achieve the feat since Kyle Lafferty in 2021.

However, he went off injured in his most recent outing, scoring in the 3-2 home defeat against Celtic.

It has been revealed that, the frontman has sustained a “substantial” quad injury which will rule him out for the rest of the current campaign.
“Tyreece is an influential character in the dressing room and will continue to play an important role around the club in the coming months,” a club statement said.

John-Jules spent time on loan at Portman Road from Arsenal in the 2022/23 season, but injuries also disrupted his spell in Suffolk.
He netted three goals in 21 games as the Blues won promotion to the Championship.
