This is why so many commenters here are so adamant of the the mismanagement from staff. I’m glad we now have Pedro Fernandez taking some of the lifting in midfield now, but some of these players have not had a break since August 2023.
It does not help that Luis Enrique apparently wants a small squad and wanted to play in the play-ins.

Not a PSG fan but I was talking to my dad over the summer about this. PSG’s key players all played so many games last season and then played in the Nations League and the CWC. Now if they go deep into the CL again or even win it they will get a few weeks off before the actual WC. I would like to know the number of games say Vitinha or Mendes will have played in the last 2/3 years once the WC is over. Going to be ridiculous.
