I know it’s a laugh to an extent with the statement league, but to give it the ‘we await the written statement’, clearly designed to put pressure on this outcome further is just shite behaviour.
What do they hope to gain with this? It serves 0 purpose. If some Celtic da’s on twitter wanted a statement then provide one in a fan forum or something.

Surely that is VARs job. The referee seen it from his perspective but the VAR team seen it from different/multiple angles and felt that the referee made a clear and obvious error? Given it was for a potential red card offence it’s their job to inform the referee that they think he has made a mistake?
