I honestly think he’s been unfairly criticised by most of the united fan base not that he hasn’t been bad but b4 Amorim imo he was quite good but when Amorim came his position was so random sometimes he’d be at lwb etc and that’s why he was bad and his confidence went low u could see it in the city game but now his confidence is back and on a side note hes a very good leader even sesko has said multiple times that dolot was the one who helped him settle at old Trafford and now we’re seeing the fruits of the Slovenian No. 9
I always backed him and liked him a lot as a player

Bearing in mind arguably Uniteds great ever right back, Gary Neville, filled all the characteristics you are mentioning. Not great going forward, not the best 1 on 1 defender – but he was mr reliable, combined with work ethic and passion, and that settled players around him.
