      Can you follow up with scouting report for those 4? Also, you would only tackle midfield in the transfer market? I'm worried about de light and licha, they both seem injury prone. McGuire is getting older so I do think that should be address as well

      You said this one took a while to research for and I really believe you.
      Let me tell you this content is the gold standard when it comes to United. I think you should collaborate with Stephen Howson, he's a similar data driven person like you and I feel a pod with you two would be a great listen.

      If we are to bring in someone to replace him from the Prem, then we must get Cole for 100 million even though they are a different types of 10 or look to other leagues and get someone like yildz or arda(though I don't think he's physical enough for the prem).

      Tempt Chelsea with £120m for Enzo Fernandez and also sign Matthias Fernandez, with this 2 we would not get Bruno's output but we can build around them, but why not give a shout-out to King in Lee as CAM with Enzo and Matthias Fernandez both as our CM

      No one can replace him. He's been severely underrated for years. The club absolutely cannot let him leave, unless he himself decides to leave. He wants 400k? Give it to him. He deserves it based on his quality, let alone his loyalty to the club and leadership he's provided during a terrible banter era.

      I do feel bad for Bruno. He would be considered one of United's greatest players if he had peppered his United career with a lot more silverware. Even Robson got that opportunity towards the injury/tail-end of his career.

      Unfortunately I can't see it happening to Bruno. He will go underappreciated when we look back 10-20 years in time at United.

      My key takeaway with this is why weren't we signing Mateus Fernandes from Southampton for 30-45M? we don't have the finances to ball out, the idea should be bringing the players 1 step below finished article and hoping that playing and training with the likes of Martinez, Casemiro and Bruno allows them to make that next step

      I don't think you're able to get a like for like replacement for Bruno.

      You have to "moneyball" your signings to get his attributes out of your midfield & attack. And we'd need an out and out #10 in addition to 2+ CM/DM profiles.

      I was really gutted when we didn't go for Stach last summer. He's still one I'd be happy to sign. Also, his age doesn't bother me, coz i think that older, calmer head in the midfield would be great when Cassa leaves. The other 2 midfield signings will be youngsters, so he'd bring balance to the midfield mix.

      Sediki, Anderson, Fernandez, Scott, Kone, there are a ton of younger players I'd be happy with. One of our signings does also have to be a beast of a #6.

      Then we've got a good few in the academy that'll be ready in a year or two. So there's continuity as well.

      I thought your Almighty Mainoo will cover for the goals and assists Bruno brings and the work rate Bruno gave us . According to you Mainoo is the most important player in our midfield,that’s why I don’t take you serious anymore

      Stach and Matheus Fernandes would be great business. I wanted him before leads I wish we went in for him. Stach would be a decent replacement for Casemiro and Stach could do a job in place of Mainoo or Bruno. Yes stach is older but we do need a bit of experience without Casemiro. In case we sell Ugarte we can go for a third player maybe Tonali all strong players with great ability and that allows us to maybe get a rw or rb with sales of Rasmus Rashford and contracts that are ending. You actually made good points. I wish we got Stach before Leeds tbh.

      Unpopular opinion but Bruno playing under Amorim for 3421 or say 343 system has helped him a lot to become a better footballer imo.

      I'd cast the net wider to include the other top leagues on the continent, especially the Spanish league. Above average players there tend to be more technical, have better ball skills, and the endurance to run for over 90 mins. Of cos, no guarantee we'd find a good enough replacement for Bruno there, but at least we won't be paying the Premiership+United tax.

      Hot take: I've been slowly thinking that the replacement for bruno as the central 10 is actually already at the club in the shape of Amad. Has similar short-medium passing range, similar engine, similar close control & decent range of shooting. If he can learn the same off-ball movement in a central position, he could be a good base to work off.

      Bruno replacement is in the academy I urge you to check the statistics for jim thwaites his qualities are so so similar to bruno but in a more controlled way.
      I have been observing him I think he is that good

      He isn't going to last forever, united never replaced Cantona, they just changed tactics, it's football, players get old and teams change. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, Bruno would never have made the team with your logic as we would still be playing Scholes!

      Lmao de gea was nowhere near good enough to be in SAF's best teams. Name me a single player he's ever let in who directly cost the club one arguably 2 league titles. The revisionism surrounding that Spanish joke will never end i swear, man was barely above average as a keeper and sucked at literally everything that wasn't shot stopping. Didn't deserve to follow up Baethez let alone VDS
