A club that came from a small neighborhood, punched way above its weight, played in Serie A for years… and then slowly disappeared.
I recently made a short documentary about Chievo. Not just about the bankruptcy, but about what the club meant to Italian football and to the people who followed it.
I’m not Italian, but I’ve always loved discovering these “hidden” football stories across Europe, and Chievo felt like one that deserved to be remembered.
