Barcelona are still competing on every front this season — and it’s not by accident. Despite injuries, tactical adjustments from opponents, and constant pressure in both domestic and European competitions, Hansi Flick’s Barcelona continue to find solutions.

In this video, we break down the key tactical patterns shaping Barcelona’s season: the shift between the 4-2-3-1 and 4-3-3, how Flick adapts to low blocks and man-to-man presses, and why positional play and midfield structure are becoming decisive factors. From overloads in advanced areas to intelligent movement that disrupts defensive systems, these adjustments are redefining how Barcelona attack — and how sustainable their approach could be over the rest of the campaign.

This is not a match review. It’s a deep dive into what Barcelona are becoming, why these tactical changes matter, and how they could influence the club’s chances in La Liga, the Champions League, and beyond.

If you enjoy detailed tactical analysis and long-term football insights, this one’s for you. Visca el Barça.

  1. Channel is at its peak but we're yet to see its prime
I think if you managed to make videos the day right after it could make fans more interested since they are not already thinking about the game coming next.
I guess you might want to do so but maybe videos this good take too much time

  2. The way you casually brushed of Rashford's contribution in the first half is laughable. He was the most effective player in the first half, whose contributions lead to the first goal, and his great freekick should have lead to a Lamine tap in. Rashford forced his will on the game, do not overlook that!

  3. I know atletico has upgraded with signings but barcelona has too many qualities to damage their game planning. Mr Flick🇩🇪 is also genius in analyzing the cons and always return to 2nd half with tactical brilliance. He cannot do amazing in defensive structure, but he can do wonders in attacking structure.

  4. I am not afraid of Atletico. They cannot defeat us. if they do it, they will probably do it with only 1 goal margin, and we will comeback in the Camp Nou. The only thing really really concerns me not only for the Atletico match but for the rest of the season is KOUNDE.

  5. That Cassado shot was brilliant…

Rashford is certainly one of our best players this season, we all need to remember he is here on loan and spend most of his time on the Bench.

It might be late for him, but if he can work on his finishing, be is a total beast

  6. To be honest barcelona can't stop scoring ok, but what about against big teams this season, the managed to beat madrid but thats it, dont be too excited

  7. Raph might not play on Thursday. He isn't fully fit yet, despite not being injured. This is why he isn't playing. He will train today with the team again and he will see how it goes. This is why your friend is playing. Roony deserves much more than he gets. He has the right football iq to grow in this team. Bernal and others also deserve to play much more.
Flick said the first half was bad and it should not be repeated again,so his opinion counts the most.He wants the ball to be passed. I guess he agrees with me. He doesn't want brainless shooting. The rest is pointless.
Pedri out 100% Frenkie should be ok.
La Liga is washed. One way or another you win the matches. I don't rate it that much. In UCL our defence will be smashed, scoring will be harder too.
I am not watching until he returns. I will feel alive again.
I was thinking that I am so old that I have watched players that almost nobody has seen, lol. Most of you here haven't even watched Maradona, lol. I remember one of my favorites was Carlos Valderama, lol. I have been watching football since 1985 maybe. 😅
Last: info on media shows that they want Julian. The money will all go there,I suppose. Cb is secondary because Roland is back and Chris stays. At least this is what info gives. I adore Julian, but we need a classic 9,I think.

  8. in my opinion barca is all round better this season than last season but losing inigo was too big of a hit to actually benefit from the rest of the squad improving overall since he was the one holding the defensive shape and was hard carrying us in the back

  9. Hey bro please can you make a tactical video how raphinha can be that false 9 and rashford and lamine on the flanks, i feel he can do better in that position because his link up and finishing is 10000% fire, i want to see him in that position and i hope it happens.
He makes alot of runs tooo
