Gareth Southgate needs to be sacked immediately. England have lost again, this time a 1-0 defeat to Italy in Milan. No goals, no creativity, terrible team selection and pathetic tactics. The FA need to get rid before the World Cup. Maguire in the team, Saka playing left back, the Ivan Toney debacle, we are wasting a golden generation on Southgate and we need to act before Qatar 2022.

If we attack at least we have a chance. At least play players in their correct position. Play players who are currently in their clubs first team
I dont see Defensive football as a negative football, thats the whole Italian football. Every team cant play defensive football and to play a decisive defensive football you need extra ordinary defensive players which is opposite this English side. This English side has very good offensive pkayers but plays defensive football
I agree. It is time for Southgate to go and he should do the honourable thing and resign. Remain as a man-manager of some sorts, but England need a master tactician and strategist to transform them into a WC winning team. My goodness do they have the players, but they're lacking a world class manager as well. Please Gareth, resign.
The only thing we got going is that the players we got are so young that this generation has got another shot in America next time.
I agree but sacking him now is just pointless, who we gonna get in and the new boss coming in would not even have 1 moment / camp / match / training session with the team before they’ve gotta pick a squad to take to the World Cup, as boring as it is we’ve shown to be decent and hard to beat in knockout football, just give him the WC and then get rid after if we don’t at least make semi finals, I’m tryna stay positive we had all these worries before the last WC and the euros and they worked out alright

Tbh there's so many points to make here I dont actually know where to start but lets look at it this way:
Year in year out for the past however many years, england teams have let us down time and time again and we always point at the manager and they've failed our "golden" generation… Do people seriously not understand by now that english footballers are just not as good as other nations.. not saying our squad now isnt good but just not good enough to seriously be expecting to bring trophies home thats just plain unrealistic and a discredit to other nations who truly do produce world class talent, can't always blame the managers.
