#brentfordfc midfielder Mathias Jensen has signed a new long-term contract at the club, putting pen to paper on an extended deal which will run until the end of the 2025/26 season.
There is also a club option to extend his stay until June 2027.
Jensen, who recently reached the 150-game mark for the club, has been ever present for Brentford in the #premierleague this season, helping the Bees maintain their position in the top half of the table at the midway point of the campaign.

Fantastic news, he has really stepped up this season. I love the confidence and assertiveness he has brought out. When you see an interview like this, where he comes of shy and timid. It’s even more impressive to see how he is growing and has been able to shrug some of the nerves and lack of confidence. He has got the skills and football brain, it’s seems like he has found the missing piece this season with the confidence. I think he will continue to improve and I think he is the kind of guy that needs stability in his surroundings and has found the home he needs at Brentford.
