Axel Disasi is expected to sign for West Ham on Deadline Day in a loan move from Chelsea.
That is despite interest from a number of other clubs including AC Milan.
Sky Italy reported last week that Fiorentina’s move for the Chelsea player stalled earlier this week because Disasi wanted to stay in the Premier League and more specifically in London.

Who ( not just the board), which individuals are responsible for buying these disaster Central Defenders since Clarelake etc took over the club?
They all get caught out of position. None of them can read the game. They all react too slowly instead of anticipating like John Terry used to do.
Notice that apart from Veiga, Chelsea have not been able to sell any of these defenders who are all on super long contracts.
Can you tell the difference between Badiashile and Disasi? They are both as bad as each other.
I believe the only difference between Arsenal and Chelsea are the Central Defenders. They are preventing the club from challenging.
