Well, as a result of these incidents, it has been confirmed that both Chelsea and West Ham have been charged. Chelsea have been charged with failing to ensure its players did not behave in an improper and/or provocative way. Meanwhile, West Ham have been charged with failing to ensure their players didn’t behave in an improper, and/or provocative, and/or violent way at that same time.
