Lloyds Bank said in a notice on the branch doors that the site in High Street is temporarily closed.
A spokesperson for the bank said the Ringwood site is closed for maintenance and is expected to reopen on Wednesday, February 4.
They said while the branch is closed customers can do their everyday banking at the nearby Post Office in Christchurch Road.

Services can also be carried out on the Lloyds app, online or by calling the bank.
Cash deposits can be made at PayPoint locations in Ringwood using the app barcode feature or debit card.
It was recently announced that Ringwood’s Santander branch is set to close this year on May 6.
It follows last year’s closure of NatWest, and previous closures of Barclays and HSBC.
