Brentford loanee Matt Cox impressed on his home Shrewsbury Town debut to help them secure a goalless draw against Barnet in League Two.The visitors had won four of their previous five games but, despite dominating at the Croud Meadow, were frustrated by Salop.

Cox, who was only denied a clean sheet in his first appearance by a stoppage-time Cambridge United penalty, was called into action on a number of occasions, with the pick of his saves being a stunning stop to deny Ryan Glover.

Fellow Bees loanee Iwan Morgan was utilised as a second-half substitute by Gavin Cowan in his first game as Shrewsbury head coach.
