Liverpool’s resolve is being tested in the final hours of the window, with Spurs reigniting their interest in Andy Robertson.
With how the back line is looking, you would hope Liverpool are taking care not to further weaken the squad before the deadline.
You can make ONE signing before the deadline… WHO and WHY??

Robertson referred to Liverpool as ‘home’ after last week’s clash with Qarabag, which seemed to suggest a move wasn’t on the cards.
That hasn’t stopped Spurs from calling today for a final push.
Liverpool’s stance on Andy Robertson after Tottenham call
Spurs have wanted Robertson all month, and it did look as though the Scot might leave after nine years of service.
But the Reds have struggled to source reinforcements for the defence since then. When the Lutsharel Geertruida deal collapsed, that felt like the sign that the Reds would have to hold what they have.
Sky Sports confirmed this stance, with reporter Vinny O’Connor saying: “We’re certainly not expecting any further outgoings from Liverpool today.

“We do understand there’s been a check call from Spurs to see if the situation regarding Andy Robertson has changed. That hasn’t changed.”
For Robertson, he may have wanted a fresh start and an opportunity to return to a starting role, but Liverpool can’t afford to lose him.
The same can be said for another Spurs-linked star.
Curtis Jones won’t leave Liverpool either
After hearing of Liverpool’s reluctance to sell, it should come as no surprise that Curtis Jones will stay put.
Inter Milan were interested in Jones, and Spurs also enquired earlier in the window.
How would you react if Curtis Jones leaves for Inter Milan?
And how much is he really worth?

But O’Connor is fairly certain he will still be a Red tomorrow.
He continues: “Nor would Curtis Jones be allowed to go. We know of that interest from Inter Milan as well. But that deal we are not expecting.”
Considering Liverpool haven’t made a first-team addition — Jeremy Jacquet will arrive at Liverpool next summer — it would be mental for any senior sale to be authorised.
It may be a quiet end to the window, unless something can be done on the buying front.
