Nottingham Forest appear to have been dealt an injury concern during their crunch Premier League clash with Crystal Palace.

Goalkeeper Matz Sels was taken off at half-time of the match at the City Ground. He was replaced by back-up stopper Angus Gunn, with the Scotland international making his debut for the Reds.

Sels had not appeared uncomfortable at all during the first half. But there was no other obvious reason for head coach Sean Dyche to make the change.

Winger Callum Hudson-Odoi was also substituted at the break as Dyche responded to Forest being down to 10 men and being pegged back to 1-1 by the Eagles. Midfielder Ryan Yates came on in Hudson-Odoi’s place.

Morgan Gibbs-White had put the hosts 1-0 up with five minutes on the clock in a big match on the banks of the Trent. But in an end-to-end affair, both sides had created chances in the opening 45 minutes.

On the stroke of half-time, Palace equalised from the penalty spot. Neco Williams was penalised for a handball, with the Welshman sent off and Ismaila Sarr converting the resulting spot-kick.
