Spurs player availability tracker 25/26, updated for february. I've made 2 versions, one with only first team players who've played this season (slide 1) and one with every player that has gotten minutes this season (slide 2).

Light green: Made minutes
Green: On the bench for the entire game
Yellow: Didn't travel with the team for whatever reason (rest, suspension, Afcon etc)
Orange: Subbed off due to injury (according to FotMob and TransferMarkt)
Red: Injured
Black: Part of a different team

If you have any ideas to improve this or see any mistakes, please let me know!

Interestingly, i would’ve thought that i would see more red throughout the course of the season (excluding the ones that entered the season injured). That just reminds me that some of the torrid defensive lineups we’ve played were deliberate and not out of necessity.

You definitely see it more though in the last 4 weeks though.

  2. Injury crisis clearly no where near as bad as last year which makes the performances even more disgraceful.

  3. Look at all that green! There’s no need for new signings with a squad this full.

  4. I’d say so far it’s been pretty bad but manageable, and the future projections are kind of where we run into trouble. No Madders or Deki still, then no Ben, Bergvall, Bentancur, Kudus or Richy for about 2 months minimum. 7 players, maybe 4 or 5 would start, all long term injuries.

While we do have options we’re “familar” with seeing on the teamsheet like Tel and Xavi, I think people grossly underestimate the difference between them and the players we’re missing (counting Son there because we’re missing having his quality even if he’s not missing through injury). Hopefully people realise that with Solanke coming back after injury and immediately showing he’s a level above the forwards we’ve had all season.

Come on, Michael Cooper! Your department is obviously not getting results. What needs to change?
