Links, sminks. This transfer window has so far been tepid at best. I am not interested in links. Just signings, we've signed 1 player.
I hate the fact that we only buy unheard of foreign players or even worse, we buy players that are at relegation positions at their clubs, This owner stated, many times, that we can compete fro the very best of Managers, and players! And what happens? We keep having g so called Managers from the out of work list, because they were fired for being useless, and players that at struggling clubs and in a lot of cases cant even get a game with them! Of course we he also likes to buy older players or even younger unproven players, I'm all for buying talent but when we are in a position to compete for a good solid player we go for a Brazilian Goalkeeper and send him straight back to Brazil! I dont agree with a lot of what Wolfie says regarding our club but I have to give it to him, he loves the club and wants the best for the club, Marinakis seems to hate the fact that he's not on the Camera shots of the Playing side of the team, and don't try convincing me that wasn't interfering with team matters when we had Nuno or any Manager since Steve Cooper. Angus Gunn lived in a NCFC Barn Conversion 2 miles from me, I often spoke to his Dad, but that aside I can tell you that he is a nice young man, but he couldn't even get a run out in the Norwich City team simply because he's another thats not good enough AND MARINAKIS BOUGHT HIM!!!!!!!!!ffs!

Really don't want Mateta. Likely £40m+ and is 29 in the summer with no resale value. Feels like a panic buy. We just need to get to the summer with what we have and reassess options then. I know our strikers struggling for goals and we could be relegated which will cost a lot more to the club. But I would just stick with Lucca and Jesus for now. Maybe let Awonyi go.

Can’t see Sa moving. No certainty about the Mateta move , but I hope we pull it off. I wouldn’t select Yates, nor Ndoye. Whilst this game is not as important as the CP game it does matter about winning. We have had enough poor performances and losses. And let’s face it who wants to turn up and watch their team lose.

I like Sa he’s a very good keeper. 33 isn’t old for a goalkeeper. On tomorrow’s team, Savona is out injured so Abbot and Morato are playing, Yates is playing, McKatee, Bakwa and Hutchinson will start. Hopefully we’ll get something out of the game. But if a couple of the players had a great game, say Bakwa and McKatee, I will be happy as we’re stuck with extra games. But we need them anyway to get these new players into the system, no FA and league cups after our disastrous start
