  1. Is FIFA saying a player cannot go in for 50-50 balls? So when the ball got out of the hands of the keeper the opponent shouldn't have made an attempt to score? VAR is marring the beauty of the game. It is making players overly cautious!

  2. My view is, as a player when a goalkeeper spills it, its a natural instinct that a striker go for a ball there is nothing wrong with that, but in this case its a red. Not because of the attempt but specifically on the tackle instead which could results in fatal injuries, seeing that the striker saw the goalkeeper was already in the position of going down diving with his hands.

  3. comores it s not brazil or argentina even with 10 players ghana should be able to manage comores.the red card in my point of view was verry hard . but if ghana want to represent africa in katar the should learn how to manage those games

  4. No one is talking about the fact that the Comoros keeper got injured and was taken off. He is to Comoros what Dede Ayew is to Ghana. But for the harsh tackle, the Comoros keeper will not have been injured. I think the red card is in order.

  5. If you know football ⚽️ and you're genuine he deserved the red card without thinking twice, keepers are overprocted if you have read Fifa rules. There's a rule a keeper can not be touched in 6 yard box.. watch more premier league and see how strikers avoid keepers

  6. Goalies are protected in the box especially the 6yard box. Ayew went studs up with his leg fully stretch which is considered a dangerous play. Just imagine the studs catching the goalie in the face. He should have relaxed as the goalie was already on the ground.

  7. Its very difficult to see, look at his first touch to the ball he used the left foot and then he moved the right foot to try and hit the ball again but ended up to hit the head of the goal keeper its very risk very very risk head injury
