Do you think Jack Grealish was a “flop” or made to fail?
Guardiola bought a Ferrari and drove it like a lawn mower…
Would love to see him in a Sunderland shirt
You Sound Like Tom Riddle
💯 agree!!! He was wasted at City…
Got to be the best bit of business done in the transfer market
A borderline alcoholic Doku was better
Let's be honest, Grealish is a slightly above average PL player, he stands out at smaller clubs and will always disappear at a bigger club, and the foul thing is a total lie, he throws himself on the floor conning referees
He’s a big fish in small ponds. At City he was asked to play a role and for the last half of the treble season, he was fantastic at that role. But in Pep’s system, certain freedoms aren’t allowed and City were playing against more defenders in the box than any other team. With Everton there is more freedom as he is a bigger fish there and defenses aren’t packing the box against them. I wish him the best and hope he is awesome at Everton.
Grealish is council housing trash
Guardiola bought him to stop other clubs getting him
Couple of good games over hyped they don’t have consistency like others that’s the problem
He won the treble at city mane. Now that's hes gone he will never know silverware of that caliber again. Sure he can dribble and score 15 goals at most in a season on a team like Everton but would you rather do that or consistently duke it out with the best in the world to see how many premiere leagues you can win and how many champions leagues you can win? The answer is simple. This is why some players fit city and others don't, the ones that don't just don't quite have that hunger to compete against the best week in and week out. They want a break after a few years or are forced out which is a shame, but other true WORLD class players like De Bruyne thrive in these type of systems and make history for the club. Much more important than some fancy dribbles. You are missing the forest for the trees. Shit football analysis IMO
Won the Premier, Champions legue and FA Cup. He was not the main man but not a flop.
Guardila is a colossal wanker.
This moron Guardila must be sacked by City.
Except for destroying top players this absolute moron Guardiola is destroying football as well.
Grelish, KDB, Alvarez
I really like this analysis
Pep stamps the greatness out of everyone and it worked when everyone on the team was a super star but now with mostly average players its clear city are a mid table team and that is all peps fault and his refusal (until last week) to adjust.
Villa should have taken him back and made him their captain
Guardiola bought him just so nobody else would, and then tried to change him into something he wasn't.
Jack Grealish became a drunk and was constantly unfit out of form after that treble winning season. Sure he wasn’t relied upon and allowed freedom to roam throughout the pitch like at Villa but blaming Pep for someone deciding to just not push himself enough is disrespectful. It’s World Cup season so he’s got something to prove now
That's just logical If you Go to a Club where you are not the main guy.
Henry shone at Arsenal and then at Pep's Barcelona where he had to rein his game in, play positional, and play second fiddle to Messi. Great players deliver for big clubs and in the bid moments. Grealish is a good English player, but not a great, world class player. Everton is a good fit. That's why Liverpool, Arsenal, Bayern, Real Madrid or Barca took him on loan. He won't improve top teams.
Yeah sure. Pep told him to get drunk. Pep told him to keep getting injured. He couldn't compete against Doku, and I am supposed to believe it was Pep who ruined him. His alcoholism ruined him, not Pep.
Flop is a flop twist it turn it however u want to… U cud say this nonsense about any player jus be real n say ur protecting u beloved white English players.. now go make a video about y everyone else has flopped stop making excuses for ur favourites … He hasn't done anything special at Everton either
it would have been worse if he had join the other manchester team. Smaller, label a flop with no tropies to show for.
This is beautifully written, incredible skill my friend. 🙏
Hoping he wins the league with Everton to prove Guardiola wrong
He should have been given his head , sometimes it worked sometimes not , but that's what sport is all about .
I don't like the sentiment that he doesn't like Pep or is unappreciative to everything he learned and was given at City. Pep might not have let him be the main man but nobody is the main man at City. Jack praised Pep and everything he learned and won at City. Yes, he wasn't the same player as at Villa, but he played an important role in a treble winning season, not many can ever say that.
Chips or stats lucky to get both
Better ask Ronaldinho, Deco…….
grealish aside, this is TOP TOP analysis!
100M price tag doesn't matter anymore when every other player seems to be sold for close to that. Jack wasn't the best version in City but mans won everything with them and showed us he's the best party animal. so no, he's not a flow
Guardiola is the most over rated manager in history…..
He's only ever managed massive clubs with massive players and a massive budget.
I can't stand the scruffy t**t. 😂😂
He can dribble. And the issue with him is he hold the ball too much and as a team that's not good for the team. For top teams and managers that's not acceptable
He needs to ease up on the partying and drinking. Don't blame anyone for his lack of hunger for scoring. He got comfortable in a star-studded team. PEP praised him highly, he just was not longer the center of attention. He is very skilled but mentally not as strong.
