  1. Odd analogy perhaps, but the Marseille loan could be like heat treating a knife – put Nwaneri in the fire of the Stade Velodrome and he'll come back tougher. As long as he plays the big games it's a great move for him.

  2. I think with havertz its just managing him like arteta said its managing his load so he is available for the run in good luck to nwaneri his loan should be good for him COYG

  3. I think that sending Ethan to France may be a great decision. It's not just that many European clubs seem to develop players better than we can in the brutal PL but also it will make him a much more rounded person as well as player. Living in a different country and experiencing a different culture seems to often make players better and gets them out of the narrow world they've lived in since childhood as they've progressed through the club ranks.
It's only for four months and a year may have been better but I predict, barring injuries, he'll return a better player.

  4. I just think most fans have been too critical of myles maybe due to the fact all our defenders have been doing well making him look shaky but generally he has been good

  5. Dammit Charles why did you acknowledge someone is going to get injured this weekend! I couldn't even enjoy the fact we had a full squad when I got brought down by your reminderπŸ˜‹

  6. Hi πŸ‘‹ Charles, I hope 🀞 all is good πŸ‘. Good πŸ‘ news πŸ“° about Arsenal having a full fit squad to play against Manchester United. COYG to beat Manchester United God willing πŸ™πŸ½. Have a great πŸ‘ weekend Charles πŸ˜‚. Arsenal rocks πŸͺ¨.

  7. Charles just wanted to say great questions for Milkel today, his thinking shows he wants the best for the youngsters, he wants them to have that hunger but, crucially he understands the human emotional side of it, Good luck to Ethan!

  8. Great news that everyone is available. Figuring out who's not making the bench is now the fun part. With both Mosquera and Hincapie fully fit, is there room for both of them plus White and Lewis-Skelly on the bench? Looks like we can actually rest some, or give more time to heal to others. What a problem to have!

  9. There are a few players who have had large loadings. Timber, trossard, Zubimendi are worth managing. In the dead rubber in the UCL and the next round of the fa cup. It might be worth giving MLS some time in the 6 shirt, Brando Bailey Joseph and Marli Salmon. Apart from anything else it might help them get decent loans. We have everyone back, this strength in depth could win us the quad.

  10. This is perfect timing with Kairat Almaty game.

We can use it to help ease both Califiori and Hincapie back. Give each of them low stakes 30-45 competitive minutes and see how they respond before putting them in high-stakes games after that.

  11. Hi Charles,
Assuming #Calafiori and #Hincapie available for selection tomorrow,
    Our Starting XI would be
Raya, Timber, Saliba, Gabi, Hincapie, Zubi, Rice, Odigaard, Saka, Gyokeres and Trossad.

So who is missing the match day?
    1. Kepa, 2. White, 3. Musquira, 4. MLS, 5. Merino, 6. Eze, 7. Martineli. 8. Jesus, 9. Madueke, 10. Calafiori, 11. Norgaard, 12. Havertz (three players from thisπŸ˜€)

Secondly i love #Timber, i really do and i believe he is in top 3 RB in the world, mainly in defending.
But Timber attacking the box has been a liability for Arsenal for quite a few games. He picks up nice positions but he's decision making is far from the level we need. I start him against bigger games but #White is much better in those decisions. What do you think ?

I wanted to ask you this for a while but i didn't want to bring it after he had an 'ok' game or after a bad result.
