Moore Barlow has appointed Jess Ready and Natasha Jones to its commercial property and corporate teams.
Ms Ready joins the firm after more than 14 years at Shoosmiths, bringing more than 17 years’ experience advising on high-value commercial property transactions for institutional landlords, corporate investors, developers, and occupiers.
Her expertise includes asset management, telecoms, renewable energy, and infrastructure, with a focus on supporting clients with complex operational property requirements.

Jess Ready said: “I’m excited about the growth opportunities across commercial property at Moore Barlow, specifically the focus on asset management and renewable energy and infrastructure.

Her arrival supports Moore Barlow’s efforts to expand its work with institutional landlords and strengthen its commercial property offering with a focus on sustainability and infrastructure-led growth.
Natasha Jones joins the firm after 10 years at south coast firm Laceys, where she became a partner in 2017.
During her tenure there, she helped to establish the firm’s first managing board and worked on some of the largest corporate transactions and real estate refinances in the region.

Her background also includes a decade in London, working with Davenport Lyons and Simons Muirhead Burton on a broad range of corporate matters, including AIM floats and multi-jurisdictional property portfolio acquisitions.
