helped me understand a lot of the details behind not only the club’s stagnancy which many of us already know, but going more in-depth about how change up too can and should come about and what successful “modernization” as compares to other european clubs outside the top 5 leagues (Midtjylland, Nordsjaellend, Sporting Lisbon mentioned by name among others) can look like. worth a listen i think
