  1. Silva just showing his experience. Tallying up of fouls for a yellow seems a thing of the past. Haven’t seen it done in ages

Normally, I would be pissed but it’s Newcastle. They deserve a taste of their own medicine.

  3. I don’t see City dropping any more points for the rest of the season. The signing of Semenyo and recall of Alleyne has turned it around.

Only Liverpool, Chelsea (hahaha, prob not) and Villa look capable of taking points from them. Max 9 points dropped but probably only 3-6 dropped.

Which means we need a lot of luck and a helluva lot of consistency to win the title.

    Fingers crossed.

  4. There has always been an unconscious bias or in some case conscious bias towards teams that are seen as been the very best.

Many feel that if that team is so good it’s the lesser teams that will have to be more dirty and make more cynical fouls. So they will get carded more.

While the “best team” will able to get away with it. Like what this video shows with Silva, man u players used to get away with the same thing back in the days of Fergie. Chelsea did as well. They have that defensive record because they got away with stuff like this.

To be fair we had a little bit of it during the invisible season. Liverpool as well, how many fouls did mane get away with.

Ramos and Pepe should have had way more yellow cards than they did. Carlos Puyol too

In 10 years all other fan bases will catch on and will be united/fergie 2.0 “how did they get away with it for all these years”

  6. I would normally be seething, but its Newcastle and each and every one of their players does shit like this or worse every single game week and they never get punished for it, so to see something like this is just soothing to the soul.
