      In this modern football, I haven’t seen a manager better than Flick in working with very limited resources and overachieving this much. I can’t believe with all the financial struggles at Barca, only been able to sign Rony Barghadji, Joan Garcia and Olmo and still playing so much beautiful football and winning trophies. Can’t imagine what he can achieve if Barca could spend money as other big teams. I respect Flick even more than Pep who by the way I think is one of the greatest managers in history.

      Was Hansi Flick aus diesem Kindergarten gemacht hat, ist beeindruckend. Vllt leiht Barca Flick für ein paar Wochen nach Real Madrid aus

      One day you disrespect him, the next day you praise him! In just 18 months, Hansi Flick has won 4 out of 5 possible titles. That's absolutely insane. He's also gone 8/8 in finals in his career. Very few managers in the world could have achieved what he has at Barcelona, especially with almost no financial backing.

      Imagine telling Arteta, Enrique, Guardiola or any other top manager: "Here's 60 million, good luck, and oh, you can't really get the exact profiles the team needs." Flick clearly wanted a proper centre-back, but all he got was Cancelo on loan.

      No other manager would have done the job Hansi Flick has done at Barça. Nobody.

      When Flick was appointed Barca coach, I remember him saying he wanted to control how the opposition plays and so far that idea has been affective 99% of the time…

      He baits every opponent with that offside trap and we see them bite and bite and bite until full time while Barca players have fun and express themselves. 😂
      Flick controls the game and if he controls the game, he will always win or lose on his own terms.
