But seriously, I think it is best when we invert where/when necessary and use overlapping fullbacks where/when necessary. We shouldn’t just have a fixed model that can be sussed out easily

Solid start so far but we’ve been here with maresca. I don’t understand the negativity he’s been given tho. He didn’t fallout maresca, the board did. So we need to give him the support he deserves separate to what we feel about blueco 🤮 and maresca

He played left 10 on ball means Badi had to defend wide and far from goal as LB when the ball turned.
Badi does not have that kind of speed and more than one got into trouble
Not every fullback can be inverted and Hato probably had the least experience in that role.
