Declan Rice received a 6-month driving ban after being caught speeding twice in 1 week on the same road. Rice was driving 37mph in a 30mph zone and 49mph in a 40mph zone within a 5-day period. Rice did not attend the hearing at Crawley Magistrates Court but must pay £2,185 in fines and costs.
