Nottingham Forest exited the FA Cup at the first hurdle, losing 4-3 on penalties to Wrexham after a pulsating 3-3 draw.
Callum Hudson-Odoi scored twice to rescue the initial situation for Forest, but spot-kick misses from Igor Jesus and Omari Hutchinson saw the Reds lose the tie.
Sean Dyche made eight changes, but after trailing 2-0 at half-time, he introduced Morgan Gibbs-White, Nicolas Dominguez and Neco Williams to give Forest a lift.
After a dire first half, Steve McManaman went to town on two Forest players as they let Wrexham have so much joy, with the hosts looking more like a top-flight side than the Reds.

It was a bad night for Omari Hutchinson, being honest, and he fell short of his usual high standards.
The winger cost the Reds £37.5 million in the summer and since getting a chance in Sean Dyche, he has been largely impressive.
He was at fault for the first goal, however, and McManaman thought his decision to appeal for a foul was feeble.
He said live on TNT Sports: “Omari Hutchinson. It’s weak, it’s not a foul, it’s awful, Nottingham Forest have been awful. I’ve been watching the subs, and they need to get ready because they’re going to be coming on. The attitude of Forest has been awful.”
Robbie Savage hammers Douglas Luiz for efforts
Douglas Luiz was weak for the second Wrexham goal but in his defence, he has been out of action for a little while as he builds up his fitness.
Savage knows a thing or two about playing in central midfield and he went to town on Luiz for his efforts in the build-up to the second goal.

He said: “Yeah, Douglas Luiz is weak, his body positioning is awful, and he just gives the ball away. For a player with his experience, he simply has to do better.”
Ultimately, both players will know they need to do better if they’re to kick on at Forest and with the FA Cup now consigned to the record books for this season, some other players will wonder where their next minutes are coming from.
