Alright guys fuck it, I’m buying in. He’s a great interview and says all the right things. Hopefully that translates to how he manages the players and motivates them.

I personally don’t think we need an absolute top of the line tactician to take us to the next level, we need someone who the players will fight for and can get consistent energy and effort out of the squad

We’d like that too. Maybe buck the trend and tell the players that 11 v 11 is better than 11 v 10

This dude is a brilliant interviewee. I mean he has me convinced. Let’s see how it goes. I wish him well.

    you know what, I’m sold.

not sure because he’s really good with words…or I’m just very gullible/easily swayed in, lol

  5. That’s not true and it’s because we don’t have a world class squad. We don’t have a world class squad because we are fielding a team of kids. We need a handful of experienced quality players to guide them.

  6. That was my biggest issue with Maresca and I hope Rosenior can fix this. It is one of the points that made me feel good about this replacement.

The progress in individual skill for majority of players was close to non-existent. Some even extremely reverted over 2025 – like Palmer.

Thats not acceptable with this talented and young group.

Much easier on the ear compared with Maresca – apart from the inflecting. That should be a small fine.

  8. Ok he clearly knows whats up. All we’re hoping is if it can be reflected in the pitch.

I hope he can simplify some of our tactical pitfalls under maresca. We’d be in a much better spot if we could’ve held some leads.

Maresca’s and the team’s biggest mistake was the decision to play the “what’s a title race” card rather than the “it’s not a title race because we’re assholes and we’re going to win it”.

Our team (especially Palmer) performs the best when we play with ego and attitude.
