Give the lads a rest. Play the Europa League team.

Don’t want a repeat of last season, an FA Cup run but miss out on champions league by goal difference.

The consensus among fans seems to be to bin this off. But after we made the semis last year I’d be astonished if the team don’t go for it. Emery’s presser does not give the impression of wanting to bin it off. We can rotate for sure and play the Europa league team but given Tottenham are in a poor state at the moment and with the players they have out, the Europa league team should get us through.

Yes I’m going for a cup double this season. Europa and FA. With top 4 on the way. Unrealistic? No, it’s ambitious. And you HAVE to be ambitious if you want to be a top club, which we do.

SCR limits. small squad that has to sell each year to fall within levels that are shit.

Ginny, Tielemans, Rogers body batteries must be close to empty and in need of a rest/recharge

    Ollie, Emi both nursing injuries

Play the b team and the kids and dont eff up our Europa and league run in the run in. 11 bizots on the teamsheet for the lillywhites

Forget the idea of binning this off. Send out a youth/reserve type team to fucking win it!

First time I’ve ever felt this way about an FA Cup, but get the kids out and run minutes into them please Unai.

Will watch and support as ever, but I honestly won’t be arsed if we drop out.

    I reckon it could be:

    Bizot
    Garcia – Konsa – Lindelof – Digne
    Bogarde – Kamara
    Buendia – Rogers
    Malen.

Malen *should* be given the chance to start anyway. He’s already our leading scorer in the Europa (and joint overall) and Watkins’ legs need a break. I’d pick McGinn over Buendia obviously he could do with the rest. Buendia could do with turning in a good performance to get back on track. Garcia needs the minutes and Cashy should be rested. Same for Maatsen, though he could come on at 60 with Ollie and maybe Tielemans or Jimoh-Aloba? See how we fare in the 1st half and hopefully we’ll score before half time, because that’ll make the difference. Up for the Cup
