The warning is for ice and covers Southampton, Hampshire, and other parts of southern England.
Icy conditions are expected to create hazardous travel conditions, and a risk of slips and falls on untreated surfaces.

The warning also covers Portsmouth, the Isle of Wight, and much of central and southwest England.
The warning came into effect at midday today, and will last until midday tomorrow, January 10.
The risk of ice is due to a mix of wintry showers and wet surfaces left by recent weather, with continued cold temperatures expected to keep conditions treacherous.
Freezing fog patches are also likely in some areas, adding to the risk.
The Met Office advises allowing extra time for journeys and staying updated on the latest forecasts.
