Recent years and especially this season have put the fear of god into me about players from English leagues.
Neil’s contract is up in the summer and there were rumours predating Thilwell about him. Wouldn’t be shocked if we planned to move in the summer as a probable Raskin replacement but Barron’s injury has sped up the process.
Mundle I have absolutely no clue about.
I think Sunderland realise they are pretty much safe and are probably trying to offload players they thought they would need if they went back down.

It’s a no from me.
Mundle 5 goals, 2 assists since August 2024 with 5 months out injured this season and 3 months 24/25 where he wasn’t in the team.
Dan Neil can’t get a look in, 2 games since May. Maybe as a loan to cover Barron?
Sounds too much like Championship level mischief again. Rothwell was a star and leader at Leeds and look how that went.
