As well as this, barely any post match coverage after the Leeds game. I'm not one to believe that the likes of Sky Sports are specifically out to get Newcastle, but the way that they cover news on likes of Man United and Arsenal does my head in.
I feel I see this sort of stuff with a clear head too. In what world would Eddie consider moving on from Newcastle, to dive head first into that shit show?

Yawn.
Breaking news water is wet
It just properly stinks of arrogance, too. Like, Roy Keane is just assuming that Eddie will drop everything and scurry off to Stretford if they come calling. They’re all cunts.
We need to stop kidding ourselves.
Money talks. It always has and always will. A big offer has Eddie tempted.
He probably also has a feeling his time is coming to an end (based on his own comments). Is that end of season, 1 year, 2 years who knows. But he’s already thought about life after Newcastle.
He is one of the best at his job in the world. It takes a special kind of self confidence and determination to get there, he will probably think he could sort their situation out.
And finally, there is no cost of failure. Get sacked and get paid. If it all goes wrong he would still get another job because of the work he did with us. Everybody would just say Man Utd is a toxic environment that anyone would fail in.
They all want the best English manager at the moment. But hope they end up with Bruce as he needs to be given a chance with some backing, don’t they lads?!
At least they said “Man Utd” and not “United” this time 🤦♂️
Why any fucker cares what Roy Keane says is beyond me (although I do like that he hates Ferguson).
I was reading a post on r/soccer (I know I know, bare with me) and even Manure fans recognise that they will never evolve until they move on from this ‘class of 92’ horse shit.
Why do Keane and Neville not have the ability to move on? If they know so much how come they aren’t top managers? Why are Manure only looking at Carrack and Solskjaer and Fletcher, all previous players? They’re the Uncle Rico of clubs. this Man U DNA talk is meaningless. The game has moved on. Up until Jim the Rat came in they were paying beetroot head TWO MILLION POUNDS A YEAR to act as a club ambassador. To do what, exactly?? That article about Fletcher getting Ferguson’s ‘blessing’, man. How embarrassing. He’s not the fucking Pope.
Every other team in the league, even the shit ones, try to grow and learn and progress, yet Man U are so up their own arses all they can think about is ‘hey, ‘memeber when we had a monopoly on the rest of the league?’.
Grow up and move on and evolve like the rest of the world.
Why would Howe go to club that destroys the reputation of every manager (and player) they employ?
Even if they can pay more, it’s not worth the humiliation.
Why would Eddie want to downgrade to that circus?
To be fair to Keane, he was asked who he personally would like to see and he answered it honestly, praising Howe (and the club) in the process. I’ve no real issue with that. What I don’t like is the media then taking that and spinning it as Howe being linked. That isn’t the same thing.
