At Arsenal we had this in multiple games against City. We had the 3 leg breaker tackles resulting in one yellow card for City, for example. We had another game where Michael Oliver changed the rules in their favour because "he didn't want to spoil the game" after the season earlier sending off an Arsenal player in the run in in a title race. Carded our player (sent off) for kicking the ball away while not carding a City player for kicking the ball away in the same match. It's not just the decision they get against you, it's the decisions they get at critical moments against everyone while you're trying to win the league against them. Go back and look at the records, Arsenal were directly cheated out of 2 titles. Liverpool fans, do the same, check decisions while you were in title races with them and I bet you'll realise that the cheating is more than in just transfer spending.
Terry, DOGSO does have a downgrade rule: if the player plays for the ball, the punishment may be downgraded from a red to yellow, or from yellow to no card. But the player must be clearly going for the ball (so no blocking/holding/etc).
Its why city will never be a big club like Man utd liverpool ,arsenal ,chelsea even villa ,leeds and spurs and everton

Terry this weekend, Silva done the exact same thing Trossard did last season or the season before, the same referee, Mike Oliver.
Making a foul, resulting in a yellow card booking, Silva kicking the ball away, but only receiving one yellow card, Trissard the exact same thing /situation but received two yellows, against City, at the Ethiad, and if I remember rightly the foul was on Silva.
I would love for you to speak about this and highlight it.
And I’m sure the Sky commentators would’ve remembered the situation, but said nothing.
Last year Liverpool won PL by 5-6 soft penalties at 0-0, 0-1 scoresheet – never ever given e.g. AFC in whole season. 80% ref's origin is from northwest – great manchester/pool/ncastle, no one from London AFAIK, no afro refs….

PL ref reefereeing in Saudi match for 100x more than PL match…. and then you had suddenly decisions like "I didnt want to ruin the game", but off the ManC he had no problem to ruin the game by never-ever-seen reds.

Being going on for years just look at the 49 game unbeaten run coming to an end at Old Trafford, UTD kicked the shit out of Arsenal the entire game and were allowed to get away with it also the Rooney dive for the penalty? Fair enough no VAR back then but anyone without their eyes painted on could see that game was rigged.

Michael oliver paid by city owners to go out to Saudi to ref!!! The same ref that's never sent a city player off in his career….. the same ref that was in control of VAR when when Roberts ducked but was allowed the goal when Silva almost rugby tackled a keeper (in offside position)
