Howard Webb could come face-to-face with some Everton representatives this week, after yet more controversy in the Premier League.
Everton drew 1-1 with Wolves on Wednesday, but it was the officials who took centre stage again.
Michael Keane was sent off after being adjudged to have pulled the hair of Tolu Arokodare, while Jack Grealish picked up a second yellow for applauding the referee.
David Moyes couldn’t bring himself to defend Grealish, but the consistency on show from officials in the Premier League continues to disappoint.
PGMOL meeting set for Premier League officials
Everton Fans’ Forum confirmed after the Wolves game that they will be attending a meeting with the PGMOL next week.
Keith Hackett has urged Webb to attend that, with a couple of current Premier League referees.
The ex-FIFA official and PGMOL chief believes that the Everton red cards from the Wolves game could be discussed with the relevant video clips shown.
“Firstly, I applaud the PGMOL for continuing an action that I started many years ago,” Hackett exclusively told Goodison News.

“It’s important that Howard Webb is in attendance with a couple of current Premier League referees.
“I have no doubt that video clips will be shown and outcomes discussed.
“Perhaps they might discuss the three big incidents in Wednesday night’s game: Keane pulling the opponent’s hair, Jack Grealish applauding the referee and the Wolves player who should have received a red card
“They might also ask why the referee in only his second Premier League game was appointed to this challenging game.”
Everton red cards this season
Everton have not enjoyed a great disciplinary record this season in the Premier League.
Idrissa Gana Gueye’s wild red card at Manchester United is the headline-grabber, after he made contact with his own teammate, Michael Keane.

Everton have appealed Keane’s red against Wolves, so that could get chalked off, if he’s lucky.
Either way, Moyes will be desperate for a cleaner bill of discipline between now and the end of the Premier League season, with Europe still possible.
