He should definitely get on a 1-2 year loan somewhere for his future development as a player. He has to become a consistent starter, which won’t be possible in Barca, and this is crucial at his age in order to gain experience on the pitch. Best case will be if he lands in some English PL team, shines there and returns in Barca after.
