Only Tottenham Hotspur can sell their Backup RW and make sure their starting RW,DM and CM get injured within the same week.Proper Spursy 🙂

  2. He changed his narrative on being vague about injuries I see, he’s feeling the heat

I almost think Maddison will be back before Deki at this point. Kudus of course was going to get injured playing almost 90 mins 2x a week and Bergvall I hope isn’t something too serious. Would hate for him to have that be something that keeps him out long.

  4. Jesus im honestly a bit worried here.

West ham etc are shite but we are pretty terrible and have now lost 2 starters and a highly used backup. Throw in deki still miles off and I dont really have any hope of anything

  5. That’s basically kulu ruled out for the season then, that will be a year long injury after Ange said initially it wasn’t anything serious, we are neither good or lucky.

  6. gotcha, so what he means is lucas out for 2 months while rodri and kudus are actually done for the season

  7. Deki getting an injection and having to wait another 3-4 weeks to get back on grass sounds like a re-injury and not at all part of a normal rehabilitation process.

Frank deserves as much criticism over this Kudus injury as Ange got over the CB injuries. We had depth in that position, we didn’t use it, we sold it, and Kudus is subsequently out injured for 2+ months. Now we have no one for that position.

  9. So the only healthy and available midfielders are Paulinha, Gray and Xavi? How soon will Sarr come back from AFCON?

  10. Deki had surgery for his injury seven months ago to fix the issue and he still needs steroid injections? That is not a good sign for his long term career at all.

  11. No surprises over Kudus and Benta.

It’s almost like refusing to rotate players and choosing to play them 180 minutes a week is a bad thing that leads to nasty injuries or something

for the newer fans – 2 months in Spur’s time is closer to 6-8 before an announcing another extension. Kudus will probably undergo a season ending surgery late March or April

  13. Recall Moore, Yang and Donnelly etc. At this point we might as well throw on the kids. We’re going to lose anyway. Might as well blood next season’s players.

  14. Oh my fucking god. Why Kudus was played if he was carrying a bad injury already. One doesn’t just rip his quad and tendon if everything is fine beforehand.

Kulusevski “faster recovery” doesn’t sound too fast either. 3-4 weeks and he’s back on grass. Then it’s multiple weeks to get back to fitness IF (doubt it) everything goes perfectly.
