  1. 6 minutes in and I’m already laughing. Gold can’t believe how bizarre the night at Bournemouth was, Semenyo scored the winning goal on his birthday in his final game for the team to end their losing run plus the Arsenal cup, Romero’s statement etc.

These kinds of things only happen to Spurs

Surprisingly chipper for a man who spends so much time watching, thinking, speaking, and writing about this club.

  3. Remember when he got banished to the underdark by the club for suggesting spurs is like a soap drama

Fuck me was he right about that

  4. Credit to Ali for being well-adjusted enough to see the absurdity and humour in all of this. There’s really no point ranting and raving like many do. Why waste your energy being mad about it anymore, just another day with Tottenham.

  5. They should do a Ted Lasso style show but it’s just Ali Gold playing himself reporting on an absolutely mental run fictional football club that he’s emotionally invested in, inspired by of course the great Tottenham Hotspur.
