It’s not a huge difference obviously but psychologically an 8 point gap just feels a lot bigger than 6 points. Opportunity missed tonight for sure. Can only hope they regroup and realise what it’s stake and what the next 5 months require in terms of effort and steel if we’re going to go all the way.

Hope there’s a beer in the fridge because I could use one after that second half

Liverpool was never an easy win, they won the league last year, and are still a competent side when the matchup is right. So in reality, dropping points to previous league winners isn’t even a bad thing tbh.

At least the gap is maintained and one less Big Six team off our back. Whew

I have removed alcoholic beers from my fridge this year for the sake of my tired liver. It has been stocked with non alcoholic beers for a few months.
Should NA beers count as 1 and Beer FC will over perform?
Should NA beers count as 0.5?
Should NA beers count as 0 and Beer FC may face relegation?

Taken 2/3 chances to increase our lead while not dropping any points to City. We need to be calm. That second half was atrocious and Arteta will let the boys know Iβm sure. Now rest and rotate for the cup. Big games ahead.

We do be moving. In the next 8 matches itβll only be 3 Premier League matches tho, gotta find the right focus to deal with all sorts now.

6 points clear, we play forest next, city play united next. We’re in control even if today was a fucking shitty performance

6 points clear COYG!

A lot easier to accept everything when it was a scratch for the top 3
Even so, much better to drop points to Liverpool rather than Brighton or Palace

What if we drew this game so that arteta don’t win the manager of the month in January (insane cope)

6 point gap is great, but I want my 90 minutes back

Keeping this in mind I guess this season is ok so far then :/

I think weβd all be thrilled if someone said βweβll be 6 points clear after facing Liverpool in Januaryβ. Itβs just the hope of it being 8, which is a CLEAR lead, that feels bad

This is easing the empty feeling after that slugfest. Thank you for your service

That 2nd half performance was forgettable
But look at bright side we are done with Villa and Pool.

Still a bit miffed but I’ll get over it, we’re still top.
Give Chelsea a belting and I’ll even see this in a positive light!

Look at Wolves shooting up!
Still in control. Still believe we will win it this year!
Beer FC already level with Wolves and Derby! This fridge is slightly less sweet than the last two though π©
