Speed. So many people (ex-players, opposition coaches/players) talk about the speed at which we play and how frightening it is to defend that.

Arteta has raised the standards, for real. I wonder where we would be today if he hadn’t come in. We may have completely drifted out of the Top 6 the way things were going.

let’s never forget the Holding in a 5-3-2 to close games out era. Could’ve bosses Mbappe in there

Fun fact: Holding would get as many opportunities as Gabriel on corners. He just headed them all over the bar.

  5. Will always have a soft spot for Holding. I really think that knee injury robbed him of his full potential, but he’ll always have that Cup Final performance against Chelsea and specifically Diego Costa

Always had a soft spot for Holding. Played a small part in our resurgence. Wenger signing. Fa Cup winner w us. Had that nice dribble against Fulham that one time. Hope he enjoys the U.S.

Nice interview. He seems like a good dude. Also props to AVP getting him in there. They have really built that pod over the years. It’s my personal favorite for Arsenal specific content. I am not Elliot either lol.

Replacing him with an actual PL level CB was essentially as good as signing a 20 goal a season striker
