List seems a bit out of whack, but his value seems about right to me, perhaps a little low but we’ll be bias. There’s also a 20% sell on fee going to Borough if I remember correctly?
One of the many reasons we absolutely have to prioritize CL spots this year. There is a very real scenario where we’re forced to sell in the Summer and Rogers will be considered the best value option. He may even want to leave himself if we miss out.
