Cr7 wins as expected as the player with the GOAT career overall, but with divided opinions among Juventus fans. Day 3: Which player in Juventus history had the GOAT career overall, but we Juve fans hated him?
This should be reserved for Ibrahimovic. I will never forget his stupid ass grin posing with the inter shirt while we were sent to hell by the very same assholes.

Uh, difficult one. If we could include coaches that would definitely be Ancelotti, LOL
As a player, maybe Van Der Sar? Excellent career (two CL, four PLs etc), however fans absolute loathed him at the time due to several lacklustre performances in 2000-2001.

Hate is quite a strong word, but Van der Sar?
Already considered a great GK at Ajax and then one of the best at United, but he’s basically remembered only for his mistakes (which many say cost us two titles) in his Juve stint.

I wanna say Di Maria? Hate is a strong word but I feel like he never believed in the cause and was only there for salary/exposure for the world cup

Di Maria. His sabotage in the monza game. His nonchalant attitude outside of two games all season

Obviously fans are divided on CR7. In my opinion, he doesn’t even belong to Juve’s history; he just happened to be here.

A bit older/lesser known but I’d say Boniek. He was the star of the best Polish NT of all times (3rd place at the 1982 WC) and went on to win almost everything with Juve in the span of 3 seasons.
He then moved on to AS Roma and started being very critical, even polemic, with Juve ever since. I don’t think there’s a former Juve legend that gets as much hate as Zibi.
Ninja edit: ignore it, i didn’t read GOAT in the column. Boniek had an exceptional career but far away from goat status.

I’ve always hated CR7, I wasn’t happy when he arrived at Juve.

Arthur? Was supposed to Pjanic’s replacement. Was ass. And he’s technically still on the team.

Could it be Cannavaro? Or maybe Zlatan, although he didn’t do much either.

Zlatan easily. I still like him as a player and his personality lights up football, but
1) he left in 2006 (same time we got relegated)
2) joined both inter and Milan afterwards

I think Zlatan had a great career, just not for Juventus. He left us in our worst time for our most hated rival.
