We need to bring in a couple of defenders that a younger for sure.. then let a few of the older ones go in the Summer. We dont want a 30 year old defender from city though. Ridiculous.

I'd sell Joelinton but I would also change formation to 4-2-3-1. If we will only ever play 4-3-3 formation then we need to keep him.
