      In Spain, they have the Negrera scandal, and in the Saudi league, there's the Navarro scandalโ€”the Swiss head of the referees committee. The ques is, does Al-Hilal get to choose the referees for its matches?! How many Al-Hilal matches will this obscure Lithuanian ref, who has ruined the club's reputation, officiate?!
