I think Declan is so talented I reckon he could play in any position on the pitch but my concern is that he is so essential for the Arsenal that I worry he is not getting any rest and if we lose him through injury I think we will suffer.
We’re still top with the attack not quite clicking yet, hopefully it will click into gear soon because City and Villa are looking very very good going forward. So much urgency and directness in the way they attack. I’m hoping a win against Villa will be the springboard this team needs going into the second half of the season.
I'm not a big fan of Gyökeres, but in the first half there were three situations where he made very good runs, but Saka didn't pass him the ball. In the 31st, 42nd, and 43rd minutes, if anyone wants to check.

But at this point, we are carrying him, and continuing to give him these minutes is becoming un justifiable. Even the clinical finishing isn't coming to the fore. I have just had to disregard the Odegaard hate/narratives and just chalk them up to ignorance. Tom, the discourse on Saka for this game is fascinating. Statistically speaking, he objectively had a world class performance. 7 shots, 4 chances created, 16 box touches. That's a prime Salah type performance statistically speaking. It's valid to want more end product from those underlying numbers but he should have walked away from this game with a hattrick of assists which I think would have changed the narrative.

We simply have to demolish Villa! Emery, Martinez have been tormenting us for quite sometime now. I think we are destined for a record breaking 2nd place because city looks unstoppable now and we are struggling to score and keep cleansheet all the while riding our luck with the opposition scoring half of our recent goals.
If Jesus starts against villa we'll lose, Jesus stats comes from when he's on the wing not in the middle so that's not a 1 for 1 comparison. Nomatter how many chances we get we don't score with Jesus on the pitch it's just facts. That's why everyone has been screaming for a 9 for years it's infuriating when he plays nobody remember this
Not sure if any of our current main strikers or forward players are good enough to be honest. Gyok has not hit the levels expected and may not be the Arsenal type of forward. Jesus is injury-prone and he has never been clinical, even when he was City. Kai is also not the striker we require, as he is also hit and miss in front of goal. Injuries have crept up on him, too. Hope Gyokeres finds some sort of form next year, as we shouldn't be expecting big things from strikers who have just come back from major injuries recently.

Zubi has been above average but I do think in some games he gets out played for certain passages. His probing, and some time forcing it into final 3rd needs to be better along with rice probing as well when we set up camp in the opps half
Why are we so bad at finishing we create the chances and fail to covert alot of the time where other teams manage to score from one chance do we not enough pay attention to finishing qualities in training or are we just unlucky ?.
