  1. If Thiago comes back, we have what it takes to Challenge for all the trophies on the table…he has that leadership quality that we lack. He doesn't necessarily have to play every week, but he is like a father figure to some of the players in this squad. If we had him last season, we wouldn't have dipped in December

  2. I’d take Thiago Silva back in a heartbeat. So sick of seeing Tosin and Badiashile in the backline. I have no idea how Badiahsile fell off a cliff after his first 6 months here

  3. The problem with setting targets between last season and this is the fact that Colwill is out for the season a our best player has been unavailable since the start of the season. Maresca cannot legislate for that.

  4. Way too many assumptions in regards to Maresca. Personally I believe he was also referring to fans but realized how bad that would look so he has stayed quiet and allowed the media to drive the narrative. Maresca is a young manager and is also learning. He is in the process of learning to be careful when talking to media.

  5. Clearly maresca has a vision and ownership disagrees with his vision … i like and back maresca but truthfully this squad will be good under most managers, sounds like the board threw it down that way to him

  6. As a player coach, absolutely. We need someone to scream at our young defenders so they can get their heads right and maintain their concentration for the full 90 minutes. And we could also use him as a late-game sub when we're protecting a lead.

  7. Bet it’s because we all was blaming him for the lost and not any one else even though he’s not the one that brings in players fuck the owners

  8. Tosin messes up our high line because he's too slow. You want to replace him with Thiago…..? Love the guy to bits. Want him in the coaching setup somewhere one day, but……no. Everyone – "Josh should play more". Same everyone – "Bring Thiago back!"

  9. Maresca should know that Tiago Silva is who have players like Trevor Chalobah playing with less mistakes and more confident by playing with them and passing on the Knowledge to the younger players. We deserve to bring him back Asap. Because Chelsea main problem is the Central Defense and he's the Problem Solver.

  10. Thiago should’ve been kept the man is A CB Genious. Man is still playing in the Brazilian and that league isn’t easy 😂. Why we didn’t keep him for a small pay I think he wanted to go back and scout for us. HAPPY TO HAVE MY FAVORITE CENTERBACK OF all time and this includes when he played with David luiz always wanted both to play for Chelsea together when they played at psg

  11. He would be a clear upgrade on Tosin tbh and would fulfil the same role. Not sure it is what we need but having him around the squad would definitely be a positive

  12. Honestly we will be a small club if we stay at 60k it would’ve been different if we got 60k now and expand later but that’s not the case we will always be at 60k here and in the future when clubs are aiming to go to 100k. The owners failed with this BIG TIME. they should’ve bought earls court when they had a chance but they was too busy arguing. Chelsea is on a historic downfall and i hope you guys get ready for it

  13. Chelsea need to go all-in for Victor Osimhen this January. He brings pace, power, and ruthless finishing — the exact qualities missing up front. With a proven striker who demands attention, creates space, and finishes chances consistently, Chelsea instantly become more dangerous and unpredictable. Osimhen adds that fear factor, turning possession into goals and making Chelsea truly deadly in attack again.

  14. Chelsea definitely need a massive upgrade at Stamford Bridge. The other clubs are leaving them in the dust. Arsenal, Tottenham, and West Ham all have newer and bigger stadiums. Also the Emirates is planning another upgrade.

  15. If we get Thiago back as a player I'd be disappointed. He was expected to come back as a coach and help out. Not be on the pitch pich next to them. That will backfire. As for Maresca, Male menopause? Mid-life crisis? Italian maybe.? Or maybe it's because in every interview he does he's compared to PEP. Who the f knows. Maybe all of the above

  16. A lot of people here forget when he was playing poorly for us before he left and even his wife was saying that he shouldn’t be starting. Yall are so quick to just forget and flip 😂

  17. Pedro Neto on making it to the semi-finals:

"It's really important. The manager said in the last 18 months this is the third semi-final we had, so we are really happy with that. We got the win, so we are already looking for the next game.

"Sometimes we were under control but sometimes it's the small details that make the difference. Maybe we lost a bit of concentration because we had a lot of corners in the time in the game, and the first time they went up after the corners, they score. So it was a bit of a lack of concentration, but in the end we could go through, so we are really happy.

"It was the concentration. It was the will of winning this game. We wanted to win a lot this game. Then we had guys on the pitch who could make the difference and Garna [Alejandro Garnacho] today helped us a lot as well with two goals.

  18. I seriously hope that Abramovich forces the money issue to court. Then the whole legality of forcing Abramovich out will be examined and, who knows, may be found to be illegal.

  19. Maresca’s outburst is a huge threat to Chelsea’s further progress. However valid his complaints or not, choosing to whinge to the media changes everything for the worse.

  20. I think he’s coming back mainly to be part of the coaching setup. He just wants to see through last part of his career by going to the World Cup and I bet he retires immediately afterwards.
