What they mentioned is Dalot took the personal responsibility and approached the coaches about being benched due to he's performance and they worked together to get him to where he is… this also highlights he's leadership to not go to the media but go to he's coaches… I remember Amorim hinting and saying Mainoo can come to him… alluding to all the chaos… players need to understand that if you can start once you can work to start again because getting into top level is easier than staying at that top level
