I'm still all in on the Europa cup.
Basel is a massive game because
we need to finish in top 2 of the league phase.
Recent memory : The quick fire Double Duran goal to draw v Liverpool all but giving us CL football and the konsa goal v PSG and zrinksi as last min winner. In terms of sheer chaos. Also the Olympiacos semi final home leg coming back to 2-2, then the penalty miss right at the end. Wasnt meant to be but such a rollercoaster game. I was at the athletico game when we needed to score 1 more goal. Atmosphere then was then mental too
Ollie is one of Unaiβs biggest successes and biggest failures. He molded him to be what we needed, but has so far not recruited his replacement

F A cup draw spurs away sorry john where out.π’π’π’ Bath
That 82 squad absolutely needs a statue. But you history is only written in the present. If he wins the a Europa league then why not? When did we last win it? Itβs tougher today than it was
We would be better off financially winning the Europa league rather than the FA Cup
Salah on loan!!! π
I am in awe of Unai Emery but he has to win trophies to get a statue.
If you win a trophy you won't do it at home?
Wot?
Each season someone wins the prem. Whoever wins it has a 50% chance of doing it at home don't they?
And Villa aren't going to go until the rest of time without winning it are they?

I had my work Xmas do on the Friday night and was unbelievably hungover on the Saturday morning. Sick on the train to Villa Park feeling like death as the first half started. By fulltime I felt like a million dollars.
So glad I firmed it and went, could have missed an all-time moment for a hangover π«£
Ozzy Osbourne! Ozzy Osbourne!!!
Bear with me, folks.
Leicester won the Premier League the same year that King Richard's remains were unearthed in a Leicester city centre car park.
Our great Ozzy gave a tumultuous final performance at Villa Park just days before he died.
Could it be that the overwhelming positivity and love of Ozzy that day has impregnated the stadium and fans alike, carrying us on a crest of a wave… to the League Title?
Ozzy's legacy, his love of Villa, to make this one of the greatest years in Villa's history.
What King Richard probably did to Leicester just might, might be what our Ozzy is guiding Villa to do in the year he died (channelling through Unai).
Just a thought.
We shall see! ππ»β½ππ»
