      I think it would be 28 unbeaten if arsenal didn’t concede that goal of the year contending freekick from Sobo. If the injuries don’t keep adding up Arsenal should be able to maintain 1st.

      Its hard to describe how incredible rice is. One of the few 100m + players who's price is never talked about. A close to unique profile in football. Probably yaya toure is the closest you could compare him to, yaya being a better ball striker and declan better tackler but still very close.

      This might be Aston Villa's best chance to get at Arsenal, especially with their injuries at the back. If Mosquera is also out, and Saliba is still not fit to play, there is no better time to play Arsenal

      English coaches rarely improve the natural ability of English players and Declan Rice needed Arteta to improve his game. Declan is a natural footballer, not in the Spain technique sense but someone who can play in any league, any tempo and can mix it up without being off putting. He just needs to arrive in the box with more cunning and he'll be a world-class player. The biggest improvement in his game is his body positioning; he needed to use his big frame to avoid being pressed and so far he's blended that part with his natural athleticism.
