Aaron Rogers to the jets would be the ideal for the for the Zach situation. Rogers is Zach's idol QB growing up with and he claims to model his play after Aaron Rogers, Rogers isn't going to play for a long time so it would be nice for Zach to sit and learn from him who knows, may Rogers can bring in his own coaches that would help Zach too.
The head coach and GM are going nowhere, so it's time to ask for a trade.
