My father wants to know what year the lower fan scarf is from.

Since the top two scarves have 1996 as the year, we strongly assume that the bottom scarf also comes from 1996. My father didn't keep the bill and we can't find anything online. We would be happy if someone could tell us what year it comes from. Thanks in advance.
